I kicked off the rebrand by changing the company name from Firehawk Installations Inc. to Firehawk Art Installers, making their services clearer to prospective customers. My brand concept, ‘precise beauty,’ captures Firehawk’s commitment to accuracy and elegance. I developed a logo based on exact geometric shapes, paired with a classy and modern sans serif wordmark. The four-color scheme, inspired by the brand values of optimism and professionalism, ties it all together. These elements combine to create a brandmark that reflects Firehawk’s precise delivery sprinkled with stylishness.

With a Millennial customer base, Firehawk needed a solid digital presence. The new website offers a clean and intuitive user experience, featuring stunning photography of past installations to showcase Firehawk’s capabilities. I also simplified the scheduling process, reducing it from a contact form, email string, and phone call to an online booking and payment platform. Customers can now schedule an installation and pay without leaving the website.
Beyond Basics & Impact
As a small business, Firehawk needed to create brand awareness beyond basic print elements and the digital sphere. I proposed an environmental campaign for bus shelters and subway stations to pique prospective customers’ curiosities. The campaign features a real couch in front of a homey backdrop of beautifully installed photos, encouraging clients to engage with the brand and imagine their artwork installed in their own homes.
After our rebrand launch, Firehawk saw a 300% increase in qualified leads, with an 80% conversion rate. Many longtime customers resonated with the rebrand, noting that it felt more aligned with their ideal aesthetics.
